For bagged products, the typical minimum is one full container load (1 × 20ft FCL, ~25–28 MT). For bulk products like clinker, gypsum and coal, we work in vessel parcels of 5,000 MT and upwards. Smaller LCL shipments can be arranged for sample orders on selected products.
Yes — every shipment is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis from the producer's lab. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can be arranged on request, with costs typically borne by the buyer.
Standard terms are 100% Letter of Credit at sight, or 30% T/T advance and 70% T/T against scanned shipping documents. For long-term contracts, more flexible structures can be discussed.
FOB Jebel Ali / Dubai, CIF and CFR to most major ports worldwide, and EXW Dubai for buyers handling their own logistics. We can quote on whichever Incoterm best fits your supply chain.
Standard products on FCL basis typically ship within 7–14 days of L/C receipt or T/T advance. Bulk vessel shipments depend on tonnage and vessel availability — typically 3–6 weeks from contract.
Yes. For ongoing buyers we offer private-label printed bags (25kg / 50kg / 1MT), custom palletisation, and double-bagging for sea-freight protection. Minimum order quantities apply for private-label runs.
